Rental Shop Manager

We are seeking a Rental Shop Manager to join the Mission Ridge team for the 2022-2023 Winter Season! As Rental Shop Manager you will work alongside a team of Rental Technicians and report to the Business Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the rental shop team
• Schedule Rental Shop team and manage personnel
• Organize and execute equipment repair, maintenance, and testing
• Daily facility maintenance and custodial duties 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Display patience and customer orientated approach in handling concerns, complaints or feedback
• Oversee all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in skiing and snowboarding equipment an asset
• Strong leadership qualities
• Proficient organizational abilities
• Effective verbal communication skills
