General Information

• Please follow instructions from our staff. They are here to make the experience a safe and enjoyable one for you.
• Please follow all instructional signage at the resort.
• Our staff will be cleaning high-touch surfaces frequently during the day.

• Guest Parking is the FIRST entrance on the west side of the property.
• Tube Park Guest must check in at Guest Services in Mission Place to get their tube passes prior to going to tube park.
• Additional TUBE PARK PARKING is available east of the Ski Patrol Hut next to the Tube Park.
• Limited bag storage is available in the BAGGED LUNCH AREA (Closed To Public During School Programs) in the lower level of Mission Lodge. Guests with large bags (race bags) on or during school programs are encouraged to use their vehicles for storage.
• Please observe all signage entering the park property and follow staff instructions when parking vehicles.
• Overnight parking/camping is not permitted in any parking lots.

• Lift Tickets should be purchased online prior to arriving at the resort. Lift tickets can be purchased HERE
• Guests who do not need rental equipment and do not have lessons booked can use the outside TICKET SHACK to purchase Lift Passes, Punch Cards or pick up their Pre-Purchased Tube Park Passes.
• Tube Park Capacity is limited. Please pre-purchase your tube park tickets HERE
• Season Passes are available after September 15th each year.
• Punch Cards can be purchased at Guest Services in MISSION PLACE on Weekdays and the Ticket Shack on weekend mornings.

• The Chairlift mazes will include a singles line for the season. Riding in triples will be encouraged during peak times.
• Big John Chairlift opens at 9:30 daily.
• Part day rates will begin at 1:00pm every day including days where night skiing is offered.

• Pick-Up/Take-Out orders are available and may be placed @ Bubba’s Pizza in MISSION LODGE or by calling 306-332-5559.
• Washroom facilities are located at both MISSION PLACE and MISSION LODGE.
• The Upper Daylodge (Bubba's Pizza), Red T-Bar Lounge are for dine-in guests only.
• The Bagged Lunch Area located in the lower level (old rental shop) will be OPEN for the season except during school programs.
• No outside restaurant food or drink is permitted in the MISSION LODGE (including bagged lunch area).
• No outside food or drink is permitted in the Bubba's Pizza or The Red T-Bar Lounge.
• Bags are not permitted in the Upper Daylodge or The Red T-Bar Lounge.
• No outside alcohol is permitted on the property.
• Alcoholic beverages purchased at the resort must remain in the Red T-Bar Lounge, Upper Daylodge and Deck Areas.

• Washroom facilities within MISSION LODGE can be accessed through the lower entrance.
• Additional washroom facilities are located in MISSION PLACE. (outside access) next to Guest Services.

• Pre-registration is required for all lessons, a minimum of 7 days advance booking is recommended.

IMPORTANT

Mission Ridge Winter Park reminds you that ALL lessons taken at our facility must be provided by Mission Ridge Winter Park’s own instructors or authorized clubs ONLY.
Anyone teaching unauthorized lessons on the premises, as well as their clients/students, will have their lift passes and/or season passes permanently revoked. Please be advised that unauthorized Instructors are held legally liable and consequences for violation can include revocation of Instructor Certification.

• Mission Ridge offers a wide range of terrain with varying difficulty. Guests are responsible for following the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times at the resort.
• Guests must be familiar with the Alpine difficulty ratings and ski/ride within their abilities at all time.
• The resort trail map can be viewed here.

• Guest Services and Rental Shop opens at 9:00am daily.
• Rental Equipment is available on a first come, first serve basis.
• Rental forms are available in Mission Place and must be filled out prior to seeing Guest Services.
• Personal Equipment will not be set or adjusted by our rental staff.

• The Mission Ridge Retail Store is located in Mission Place. Please ask for assistance from Guest Services view available products.

• The patrol consists of both paid staff and volunteers from the Canadian Ski Patrol.
• Patrol provides safety and first aid on the hill during regular operating hours.
• The patrol hut is located on the east side of Big John Chairlift ( public entrance on east end of building ) If there is no one at the patrol hut ask the lift operator ( green mission ridge jacket ) or a snow school instructor ( Orange Mission Ridge jacket ) to radio for ski patrol.
