TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED

A Ski & Snowboard Tickets & Passes Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver“) must be completed prior to the issuance of a Mission Ridge Season Pass and each passholder’s use of the Season Pass and Mission Ridge’s facilities. This is a condition of the purchase.  If the Waiver is not completed, the Season Pass will not be issued, access to Mission Ridge’s facilities will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.

The Waiver will be available for completion electronically during the sale process (and a link to complete the waiver will be emailed to any non-purchasing guest), and a copy is available for preview below. The Waiver must be completed before the season pass will be issued.

  • The Waiver will apply to your participation in all Ski & Snowboard Activities (as defined in the Waiver) during the 2025-26 season.
  • Each adult passholder must complete their own Waiver.
  • A parent/guardian must complete the Waiver for their minor/child passholder.

PLEASE READ THE WAIVER CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH YOUR PURCHASE! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence or breach of contract or claim compensation following an accident.

PASS REMAINS PROPERTY OF MISSION RIDGE / CANCELLATION FOR MISCONDUCT –All Passes remain the property of Mission Ridge. The Season Pass can only be used by the named passholder, and it cannot be shared with, used by, or transferred to another person. The Season Pass may be cancelled without refund in the event of misuse, misconduct, or breach of the Alpine Responsibility Code or of any other Mission Ridge policies, rules or guidelines.

ALPINE RESPONSIBILITY CODE – All guests must comply with the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times when on the hill. Parents/legal guardians must ensure that their minor child understands and complies with the Alpine Responsibility Code. Review the Alpine Responsibility Code Here

FOOT TRAFFIC RESTRICTED ON SKI HILL – For the safety of Mission Ridge’s guests, there is no foot traffic allowed or on-hill viewing of winter lessons. Parents (including carpet-only ticket holders) are only allowed on snow with a valid ticket/pass. Only persons with a valid ticket/pass will be permitted on the hill. Sleighs, sleds, toboggans and similar sliding devices are not permitted on the premises.

THEFT & FRAUD ALERT – Sharing of passes is not permitted and constitutes theft and fraud. Passes may only be used by the person named on the card. Any use of a pass by another individual will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Mission Ridge will enforce its legal rights against all involved, including issuing bans from Mission Ridge’s property and prosecuting offenders to the fullest extent of the law.

SEASON PASS – New, lost or forgotten Season Pass cards are subject to a $10 replacement fee. All season pass holders must have a current photo in their profile before a new card will be issued or reactivated.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE – Cancel your 2025/2026 Season Pass anytime before opening day and receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee – no questions asked. To request a refund on your Season Pass before opening day, please email daylodge@missionridge.ca with your name and contact information, one of our guest services team will contact you.

NO GUARANTEE OF CONDITIONS OR OPERATING DAYS – Mission Ridge does not guarantee the number of operating days per season, hill conditions, weather or other operating conditions, including open terrain or lift operations. No refunds or credits will be issued for closures due to weather, mechanical issues, snow conditions, lack of snow, lack of labour, or any other factors beyond Mission Ridge’s control.

In the event that our resort is unable to open for the 2025-2026 ski season, passholders will have their season passes credited in full for the following season (2026-2027) and will not be subject to price increases.

Season Passes will not be discounted/rebated in the event of a government mandated shut down during the ski season not exceeding 30 days. Season Pass holders will receive a prorated discount off 2026-2027 season passes should a government mandated shut down exceed 30 days.

SKI AND SNOWBOARD LESSONS – Mission Ridge is the exclusive provider of ski and snowboard lessons at Mission Ridge. Instructors are not permitted to operate their own ski or snowboard lessons at Mission Ridge. Any unauthorized lessons will be shut down and anyone involved will have their ticket or pass revoked without refund. This does not apply to ski clubs that have a Facility Use Agreement to operate at Mission Ridge.
