Refund Policy

TUBE PARK PASSES

During the 2024-2025 Season, guests must purchase tube park passes online prior to visiting the resort.  Refunds/exchanges will not be processed with less than 24 hours notice. Refund requests with more than 24 hours notice can be made to daylodge@missionridg.ca – please include the order ID number in your email.

DAILY LIFT PASSES

Day passes are only available to purchase at the resort for the 2024-2025 Season. Tube Park Passes must be purchased online prior to visiting the resort. Day passes are not refundable.

RESORT CLOSURE POLICY:

Season Passes will not be discounted/rebated in the event of a government mandated shut down during the ski season not exceeding 30 days. Season Pass holders will receive a prorated discount off 2024-2025 season passes should a government mandated shut down exceed 30 days.

SEASON PASSES

Cancel your 2024-2025 Season Pass anytime before opening day and receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee – no questions asked.  To request a refund on your Season Pass before opening day, please email daylodge@missionridge.ca with your name and contact information, one of our guest services team will contact you as soon as possible.

Season Passes will not be refunded after opening day for any reason without Season Pass Refund Insurance. Season Pass Refund Insurance must be purchased at time of Season Pass purchase. 

SEASON PASS REFUND OPTION:

-Season Passes that are purchased without accompanying Season Pass Refund Insurance are non-refundable, without exceptions.
-Season Pass Refund Insurance is only valid as a result of medical conditions supported by a doctor’s certificate, termination of employment or a transfer of employment supported by a letter from your employer. 
-Season Pass Refund Insurance is non-transferable and non-refundable. 
-Season Pass Insurance does not cover government restriction/guideline changes, acts of God, fire, vandalism, labour disputes, weather conditions or mechanical failures.
-Season Pass Refund Insurance must be purchased at the time of the season pass purchase and costs $25/individual or $75 for a family regardless of the number of members.
