TUBE PARK PASSES
We understand that plans can change. When reserving Tube Park Passes, please ensure you read and understand the following before completing your transaction:
CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED PRIOR TO 24 BEFORE YOUR BOOKING:
Customer can choose to move their tickets to another day at equal value or receive resort credit in the amount of your transaction. To request a resort credit or move your booking contact Guest Services.
CANCELLATIONS MADE DAY OF OR WITHIN 24 HOURS:
Customer will forfeit their booking. Refunds/Exchanges will not be processed.
DAILY LIFT PASSES
Guests are encouraged to pre-purchase their lift passes for the 2025-2026 Season online.

LESSONS, PROGRAMS AND PACKAGES
Guests are encouraged to pre-book lessons, programs and packages for the 2025-2026 Season online.

RENTAL PACKAGES
Guests are encouraged to pre-book rental packages for the 2025-2026 Season online.

RESORT CLOSURE / COLD WEATHER POLICY:
The resort may on occasion close due to inclement weather. Our Outside Operations team will make the decision to close based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; temperature, wind speed, wind direction, school cancellations etc.
We will update our Hours of Operation page no later than 9:00am each day. Please refer to our Hours of Operation page as resources such as Google & Apple Maps can take several hours to update changes.
SEASON PASSES
Cancel your 2025-2026 Season Pass anytime before opening day and receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee – no questions asked. To request a refund on your Season Pass before opening day, please email daylodge@missionridge.ca with your name and contact information, one of our guest services team will contact you as soon as possible.
Season Passes will not be discounted/rebated in the event of a government mandated shut down during the ski season not exceeding 30 days. Season Pass holders will receive a prorated discount off 2025-2026 season passes should a government mandated shut down exceed 30 days.
MID-SEASON PASS REFUNDS:
-Season Passes will be refunded based on the following dates.
-Refund amounts are calculated using the following:

| PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 2026 | 50% less $25 processing fee |
| PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 1, 2026 | 25% less $25 processing fee |
| FEBRUARY 1, 2026 & LATER | 0% |
