Guest Services Rep

We are seeking Guest Services Reps to join the Mission Ridge team for the 2022-2023 Winter Season! As a Guest Services Rep you will work alongside the Guest Services, Business Office and Rental Shop Teams and report to the Business Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain workspaces with special attention to sanitation, cleanliness, and order
• Greet guests upon entry to Mission Place Guest Services

• Attend to customer orders, request, and inquiries.
• Daily custodial duties, including cleaning, vacuuming, waste disposal and washrooms
• Display patience and customer orientated approach in handling concerns, complaints, or feedback
• Extensive understanding of resort products, services, and lesson offerings
• Sell lesson packages, rental packages, lift passes, tube park passes and advise customers on best options
• Ensure guest areas are stocked and organized
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience customer service an asset
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in cashier duties
• Proficient organizational abilities
• Strong mathematical skills
• Effective verbal communication skills
