Line Cook
We are seeking Line Cooks to join the Mission Ridge team for the 2022-2023 Winter Season! As a Line Cook you will work alongside a team and report to Head Cook/Chef.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the set up and stocking of food stations
- Prepare orders alongside Kitchen Team
- Ability to follow head cook/chef’s instructions and feedback
- Daily cleaning of food stations and general kitchen maintenance
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience an asset
- Minimum of Food Safety Level 1
- Basic understanding of various cooking methods
- Proficient organizational abilities
- Effective verbal communication skills
