Line Cook

We are seeking Line Cooks to join the Mission Ridge team for the 2022-2023 Winter Season! As a Line Cook you will work alongside a team and report to Head Cook/Chef.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the set up and stocking of food stations
  • Prepare orders alongside Kitchen Team
  • Ability to follow head cook/chef’s instructions and feedback
  • Daily cleaning of food stations and general kitchen maintenance
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen experience an asset
  • Minimum of Food Safety Level 1
  • Basic understanding of various cooking methods
  • Proficient organizational abilities
  • Effective verbal communication skills
